Richard is a solicitor working in the international department, specialising in complex human rights claims and corporate accountability.
Since joining Leigh Day in 2014, he has worked on a number of cases, including:
- Claims by Iraqi civilians against the Ministry of Defence;
- A claim brought against Shell Petroleum on behalf of 15,000 Nigerian fishermen and women;
- A claim brought on behalf of 4365 former gold miners who contracted silicosis during their employment on Anglo American mines in South Africa.
