Personal injury specialist solicitor Christine Tallon has secured compensation for a police officer who sustained a tear of the medial meniscus of his knee when he slipped on fluid which had leaked onto the stairs at his place of work.

The claimant underwent surgery but was nevertheless left with some permanent albeit minor symptoms. Negligence and breach of statutory duty under the Workplace Regulations were alleged. Court proceedings were issued following which, after protracted negotiations, settlement was achieved.

Our client said:
“You have done really well. Thank you once again for all your hard work and dedication”.
