Joanna is a member of the product safety team
Joanna is an associate who assists partner Michelle Victor in the product safety and consumer law team, helping clients who have been injured or affected by defective products, unsafe produce and environmental issues.
Previous experience
Joanna has over seven years’ experience in handling complex injury claims involving a variety of serious injuries, including complex musculoskeletal, spinal and brain injury cases. She also has a background in general civil litigation, including Consumer Rights Act claims. Joanna has experience on both the claimant and defendant sides of a claim, giving her an insight into the commercial mindset of an insurer which she uses to her advantage in bringing claims for individuals.
Education
Joanna read Law with International Studies at the University of Surrey, before going on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course in 2015. Joanna further qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2020.
