Alice is an senior associate solicitorworking in Leigh Day’s employment department. She qualified in September 2011 and specialises in employment and discrimination law.
She works on cases in the Employment Tribunal, in the Employment Appeal Tribunal, and in the civil courts. She has experience of advising and representing clients in claims involving discrimination, harassment and victimisation in the workplace and in the context of accessing services, including healthcare, financial services, and transport.

Alice has acted for clients in cases involving age discrimination, disability discrimination, equal pay, harassment, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, race discrimination, religion or belief discrimination, sex discrimination, unfair dismissal, and victimisation. - Acting for a claimant in County Court proceedings who was subjected to gender identity-related harassment by an NHS Trust;
- Challenging an employer’s decision to refuse to allow a trans employee to use their preferred changing facilities; and
