What is the Leigh Day Emissions Claim about?

Several leading vehicle manufacturers have been accused of fitting 'defeat' devices to their vehicles to cheat the EU and UK emissions laws.

We believe thousands of UK vehicle owners have been affected by this and are eligible to receive compensation. Leigh Day are acting on behalf of these owners, and if successful, we believe UK vehicle owners who join the claim could receive compensation worth up to 75% of the purchase price of their vehicle.

Why choose Leigh Day?

Leading experts in vehicles emissions group claims
