The claims are being investigated on behalf of people who leased or owned a Skoda vehicle. The claims could be worth up to 75% of the purchase price of the vehicle for each driver. As a member of the VW Group, Skoda has been implicated in the same claim, meaning that Skoda drivers could be eligible to receive compensation.

What is the emissions claim?

We believe that owners of the affected vehicles should be compensated because they were mis-sold these vehicles. The vehicles were advertised as being as being compliant with the law and more environmentally friendly with lower NOx emissions, which was not true. Increased NOx emissions are damaging to public health and to the environment.

Why choose Leigh Day?

We will be bringing these claims on a 'No Win-No Fee' basis. This means that we will only deduct up to a maximum of 35% (inclusive of VAT) of your damages if the claim is successful, but if the claim is lost you will not have to pay anything.

No Win No Fee

We will be bringing these claims on a 'No Win-No Fee' basis. This means that we will deduct up to 35% (inclusive of VAT) of your damages if the claim is successful, but if the claim is lost you will not have to pay anything. Our success fee, the insurance premium and the funders’ fees will never be more than 35% of your damages. The deduction from your damages is dependant upon the number of clients who instruct us to act on their behalf, and so it is possible that it may be less 35%.
