Join the Porsche, Audi and other Volkswagen Group vehicles emissions claim today
Leigh Day is investigating a potential group claim involving Porsche, Audi and other Volkswagen Group vehicles over allegations that certain diesel vehicles contain “cheat devices” that enable them to cheat emissions tests.
The claims are being investigated on behalf of people who leased or owned these vehicles. The claims could be worth up to 75% of the purchase price of the vehicle for each driver.
This is a different claim to The VW NOx Emissions Group litigation currently before the Court. The existing group claim relates to Volkswagen Group vehicles fitted with EA189 engines, and the deadline to join that claim expired in 2018. You are not able to join the new claim if your diesel vehicle is fitted with a EA189 engine.
The new claim we are investigating covers some newer and larger model vehicles manufactured by the Volkswagen Group and includes Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen vehicles. For more detail on whether you can join this new claim, please read our FAQs.

You could be entitled to compensation if you leased or bought an affected vehicle.
What is the emissions claim?
We believe that owners of the affected vehicles should be compensated because they were mis-sold these vehicles. The vehicles were advertised as being as being compliant with the law and more environmentally friendly with lower NOx emissions, which was not true. Increased NOx emissions are damaging to public health and to the environment.
Why choose Leigh Day?
We will be bringing these claims on a 'No Win-No Fee' basis. This means that we will only deduct up to a maximum of 35% (inclusive of VAT) of your damages if the claim is successful, but if the claim is lost you will not have to pay anything.
