Romany is a paralegal in the regulatory and disciplinary department.

Before joining Leigh Day, Romany worked as a paralegal at a Law Centre supporting EU citizens with complex cases apply to the EU Settlement Scheme and employees with claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages, particularly in relation to the Coronavirus Job Retention scheme and redundancies.

Education

Romany graduated with a First in Politics from the University of Sheffield in 2017 and gained a Higher Education Post-Graduate Scholarship to study for the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2019. Romany completed her LPC Part-time and is predicted to gain a Distinction in 2021.

Romany is a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers (ARDL) and a mentee on their scheme.
