Legal Expertise
Ben has a particular focus on group actions involving environmental pollution.
Ben works on the River Wye pollution claim against those allegedly responsible for the pollution of the Wye rivers and tributaries. Ben also works on the Exmouth pollution claim against South West Water Limited for the alleged role of sewage in polluting Exmouth beach.
Ben also works on a number of claims involving environmental pollution, human rights, and negligence.
Before working at Leigh Day, Ben worked in personal injury on claims specialising in mental health and traumatic brain injuries.
Further experience
During his studies, Ben volunteered with his University’s immigration and asylum legal advice clinic, assisting solicitors by conducting in person interviews with migrants and asylum seekers and providing written advice.
Ben has a keen interest in nature and enjoys wildlife photography.
