Arden Wadhwani

Arden joined Leigh Day in September 2014 and is a member of the personal injury team working closely with Sally Moore on a range of high value claims.

Arden will always take a client centred approach to ensure her clients’ needs are met. Previous cases have included acting for clients who have suffered severe life-changing injuries including brain injury, amputation and fatal accident cases. She has experience of cases arising from a wide range of accidents including collisions involving cyclists, RTAs and accidents at work.

Legal expertise

Prior to moving to the UK, Arden was an associate at a New York specialist claimant’s law firm representing women who were harmed by pharmaceutical products, medical devices and in claims involving clinical negligence with a focus on women’s health issues.

Arden completed her studies in the U.S. and is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales and the Bar in New York and New Jersey, as well as having a Masters in Clinical Social Work.
