Viviana is responsible for the professional ethics and compliance function at Leigh Day, promoting ethical conduct within a governance framework that supports individuals to achieve their responsibilities for compliance. She is Data Protection Officer for the firm.
Viviana has over nine years’ experience of working in the legal sector with a track record of implementing good practice and strategies for managing quality, risk and information security in the delivery of legal services. This has included implementing quality assurance standard ISO9001, information security management standard ISO27001 and practice management standard Lexcel within systems to deliver client care and regulatory compliance.
