About the team
Leigh Day has a team of specialist claimant lawyers with unrivalled expertise in the field of personal injury and travel litigation. This role is part of the travel litigation team which specialises in acting for claimants in cross border personal injury matters. Typically, the team deals with workplace accidents and road traffic accident with an international context, claims under the Package Travel Regulations, maritime and aviation claims.
About the role
We are looking to recruit an experienced paralegal to provide support services to an associate in the day-to-day administration of their complex and large loss case load. There is also some scope for developing case handling experience if desired.
The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a varied personal injury caseload which also provides exposure to international regulations and conventions, foreign law and jurisdictional rules.
