About the team

Our UK Group Claims teams represent clients with claims for losses incurred due to misleading information to consumers, including against diesel car manufacturers and claims in connection with financial services products on behalf of retail investors.

The team are currently working on the high-profile cases taking action against automotive manufacturers on behalf of UK drivers over alleged emissions ‘cheat devices’; and also, on behalf of investors in Equity Funds, to claim damages for losses suffered as a result of breaches of the FCA’s rules.

About the role

We have an opportunity for a paralegal to join the team to support our claimants and lawyers with our complex consumer law cases, with the primary focus being with our Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen emissions cases.
