About the team
The team run complex, high value and high-profile employment, discrimination and trade union law claims. They are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to work on their existing and developing cases. The team are currently instructed by several thousand store staff bringing a national group equal pay claim against retailer, Next, as well as other group and individual claims.

About the role
Due to an influx of work and opportunities, we are looking to add an experienced employment lawyer to the team, (currently a Partner, Associate Solicitor and 2 Paralegals). You will need solid experience of conducting employment and discrimination law casework, with the ability to lead on cases, with Partner supervision. The team also undertake various employment and trade union law head office work for the actors’ trade union, Equity, which you may be asked to support on from time to time.
