Leila Moran's Profile Picture
Leila is a solicitor in the Employment and Discrimination department.

Leila joined Leigh Day in 2013 in the Clinical Negligence department, assisting on a range of claims representing clients with serious physical and psychiatric injuries. Leila completed her training with Kiran Daurka in the Employment and Discrimination team, qualifying in September 2018.
Leila works on both individual and multi-party employment cases. Leila has been assisting in the Police Pensions claim and Tesco Equal Pay claim.
Leila advises individuals on discrimination issues, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing, as well as contractual matters. She has particular interest and experience in whistleblowing cases, having assisted with two recent cases in the Court of Appeal.

Leila also has specific experience advising about and investigating race discrimination claims.
Leila also advises on settlement agreements.
Leila has a first class degree in Neuroscience and a distinction for both the law conversion course and LPC.
