HR Advisor – Business Services Department

Leigh Day is seeking to hire a HR Advisor within the Business Services Department to be involved with the day-to-day operations of the HR team, and help to ensure an efficient, professional and responsive service is provided to the firm.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities;
• Being the first point of contact for general HR enquiries offering appropriate HR advice, support and information
• Administering joiner / leaver processes
• Ensuring probation processes are carried out effectively for new joiners
• Preparing monthly Payroll for sign off by the Senior HR Manager
• Provide support and/or advice related to employee relations issues and family leave absences
• Support the cyclical MI & reporting including manipulating data in Excel and report writing from the HR database (Cascade)

To be successful you must have;
• Minimum 3-5 years HR generalist
• A degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Relevant experience of using HR databases (Cascade would be advantageous)
• A good understanding of employment law and statutory legislation
• Ability to demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
• Demonstrable strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent work ethics and time management skills
• The ability to be self-sufficient in relation to administration, typing, scanning filing and IT requirements.

This is a permanent, full time position based in London.

SEO & PPC Executive (Group Claims) – Employment Department

Leigh Day is seeking to hire a SEO & PPC Executive within the Employment Department to focus on servicing their market requirements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities;
• Manage paid campaigns – SEO, PPC, Social Media
• Add value to existing campaigns and develop new strategies for growth
• Create detailed monthly SEO and PPC reports
• Ensure all backlinks created adhere to Google’s best practice
• Assisting with content and distribution of news feed alerts, e-bulletins and direct marketing campaigns for (Employment department)

To be successful you must have;
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
• Experience using Google Adwords and Google Analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable experience in building strong working relationships with both senior stakeholders and team members
• Intermediate level proficiency in working with MS Office (Excel), HTML & CMS platforms.

This is a permanent, full time position based in Manchester.
