Thomas Jervis is recognised internationally as a leading consumer lawyer.   • Pursuing a group of cases against various health clinics regarding the implantation of Oculentis intraocular lenses 
  • Leading the Shepherds’ Bush Tower Block fire claims brought by over 40 residents
  • Myodil claim against Glaxo in relation to a radiological contrast medium (alleged spinal injury)
  • A claim against the manufacturer of One Shot Instant Drain Cleaner (alleged permanent vegetative state)
  • A range of individual cases involving bikes, fires / explosions allegedly caused by white goods and two further high profile Inquests involving nationwide food vendors.

Thomas is accredited as a litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  Chambers and partners 2019 said of Tom, he is a "very conscientious" associate who "cares greatly about clients and has an excellent bedside manner." Legal 500 2017 identified Tom as a 'next generation lawyer' and as, 'not only a knowledgeable and skilled litigator, but compassionate and empathetic’.

Thomas is frequently asked to comment in the national media about product liability matters, including on ITV and the BBC.
