Heetasha Khosla's Profile Picture
Heetasha is a solicitor working with Daniel Easton in the personal injury department.
Heetasha specialises in industrial disease claims, including acting for claimants who have been exposed to asbestos and have gone on to develop asbestos-related injuries, such as mesothelioma, asbestosis, lung cancer and pleural thickening.  
Heetasha also works on other personal injury claims including road traffic accidents and accidents at works.
Heetasha started working as a paralegal at Leigh Day in 2014 and worked in both the consumer law and product safety and the international department.
Heetasha completed her first year of training in the Clinical Negligence department, where she assisted on a wide range of cases including catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, fatal accidents and birth injury claims.
Heetasha completed her training with Daniel Easton in the personal injury department, qualifying in September 2018.
Heetasha is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
