Abigail is an associate solicitor in the employment and discrimination department.
Legal expertise
Abigail is currently focusing on employment status group claims in the context of the gig economy.
She also advises individual claimants on a variety of employment issues including discrimination and unfair dismissal.
Abigail joined Leigh Day as a trainee solicitor in 2019. She gained experience in our personal injury and human rights departments, before joining the employment department in 2021 working on equal pay group litigation. She qualified as a solicitor in 2022.
Prior to joining Leigh Day, Abigail studied Law (Jurisprudence) at Oxford University and completed the LPC at BPP University.
