Changes were made to public sector pensions in April 2015, forcing younger members of schemes to leave those schemes and instead offering them membership of less valuable pension schemes.
We consider this to be age discrimination.
As a result, we are bringing claims for about 230 judges and over 13,000 police officers. The claims for judges won in the Court of Appeal.
We believe that younger members of other public sector groups can bring similar claims and are now acting for Doctors and Teachers. If you would like to register your interest in pursuing a claim, then please visit our
dedicated pensions website.
