Uber drivers claim
Leigh Day worked on behalf of more than 4,000 Uber drivers, leading to a
landmark Supreme Court ruling in July 2020. The ruling gave Uber drivers worker
status, meaning they are now entitled to rights such as National Minimum Wage
and holiday pay.
Our claim against Uber has now concluded, and we are no longer accepting new
clients for the claim. Sign-ups are now closed.
However, the massive victory for our Uber clients has impacted the wider gig
economy. We continue to fight for change, including on behalf of Bolt drivers.
Are you a Bolt driver? Leigh Day is acting on behalf of thousands of drivers
seeking the workers' rights and the compensation they deserve.
