Allergan breast implants settlement
A number of claimants represented by Leigh Day in their claims regarding Allergan breast implants, have now settled their cases.

Allergan breast implants were removed from the market in 2018 after being linked to a rare form of breast cancer.
The following statement in relation to the case has been agreed:
“During the course of 2024/2025, Leigh Day provided legal representation to a number of individuals who developed the condition referred to as Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma, or BIA-ALCL. These matters have been resolved as between the parties. For the avoidance of doubt, no admission of liability was made by Allergan Limited, nor by any of its affiliates, in relation to these matters.”
Leigh Day is no longer pursuing product liability claims against Allergan Limited or any related corporate entity.
