Zoe is an Associate solicitor working in the medical negligence department in Manchester.
Zoe is an Associate solicitor working in the medical negligence department in Manchester. She assists Stephen Jones and Brendan Hope on a wide range of complex cases on behalf of adults and children who have suffered serious or fatal injury following negligent medical care.
Zoe has worked in medical negligence since 2013 having worked as a paralegal for several years before training as a solicitor and qualifying in March 2019.
Legal Expertise
Zoe has experience of running her own varied case load and also assists on other complex claims including birth injury and cerebral palsy claims, adult acquired brain injury and catastrophic spinal injury. She has worked on a wide range of claims and has particular experience of claims that have resulted in death, treatment of mental health, delayed diagnosis of cancer, orthopaedic injuries, substandard surgery, gynaecological treatment, spinal injuries, and failures by GP and/or A&E.
