Claudine qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Nandi Jordan’s team at Leigh Day in 2024. She works on a variety of cases, including birth injury claims and cases related to surgical errors and delays in diagnosis. Claudine has a special interest in cases involving mental health and psychiatric injury.
Claudine has extensive previous experience of working in mental health law, representing patients detained in hospital under the Mental Health Act. She has also written on the subject of male violence against women.
Claudine graduated in Law at the University of Leicester in 2001 and completed the LPC at the College of Law in Guildford in 2002.
