She previously assisted Emmalene Bushnell in the medical negligence department, acting on behalf of patients and their families in cases involving negligent medical care.
Felicity has a particular interest in women’s rights in healthcare.
Legal expertise
Felicity has wide experience across a variety of complex clinical negligence cases, including birth injury claims, brain injury claims, fatal claims, neonatal death and stillbirth, delayed diagnosis of cancer and surgical errors. She has experience in representing families at Inquests arising out of issues with medical care.
Previous experience
Felicity joined Leigh Day in 2022. She has a range of prior legal experience, including working in house and volunteering at her local Citizen’s Advice Bureau. She trained at a well known midsize London firm, and joined a leading London firm specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury claims on qualification.
Education
Felicity read English, obtaining both a BA Hons and MA in Literatures of Modernity at Royal Holloway, University of London. She then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law, obtaining an LLB.

Felicity is an accredited Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
