Ellie is an Associate Solicitor in the human rights department

Ellie is an Associate Solicitor in the Human Rights Department, assisting Jamie Beagent on a range of public law and judicial review matters.

Ellie joined Leigh Day as a paralegal in the Human Rights department, working on a range of discrimination-based claims, both in public and private law.  She completed her training contract in the Personal Injury department working on industrial disease claims, and in the International and UK Group Litigation department on a range of group claims concerning environmental protection. Ellie completed her training contract in 2024.

Ellie is passionate about protecting the rights and liberties of marginalised groups and volunteers with asylum seekers in her free time.

Education

Ellie studied French and Russian at the University of Cambridge and completed the GDL and LPC (LLM) at BPP University.
