Legal Expertise
Ben has a particular focus on group actions and environmental pollution claims.
Ben works on the Jaguar Land Rover diesel particulate filter (DPF) group litigation, where Leigh Day represents thousands of claimants who have experienced issues with defective DPF systems.
Ben also has expansive experience working on cases relating to environmental pollution, having previously worked on the River Wye pollution claim against those allegedly responsible for the pollution of the Wye rivers and tributaries.
