Lucy Martin

Lucy is a partner in the International and Group Litigation department, working with Martyn Day and Oliver Holland. She specialises in claims of corporate accountability on behalf of clients based in the UK and abroad. 

Lucy has extensive experience in complex group claims having acted for the claimants in the Mercedes and Pan-NOx Emissions Group Litigation, one of the largest group claims in this jurisdiction. 

Lucy is also acting on behalf of a group of Malawian nationals in relation to an environmental negligence claim, as reported by The Times – How a deadly flood in Malawi may land a British food giant in court.
