  • IT Trainee (no experience required) – Business Services Department Ref: IT Trainee/IT/BS/NOV16

    Leigh day is a highly reputed law firm and has consistently won several awards and accolades over the last thirty years. We are looking to hire a driven IT Trainee. This is a new role and the post holder will be joining the IT Team within the Business Services Department.

    The role holder will be responsible for providing all round technical support, processing technical issues and providing assistance to support users. The role holder will benefit from support and supervision provided by the Service Desk Manager and the Service Desk Analysts.  The ideal candidate does not need to have relevant IT experience, but to be considered candidates must be able to successfully demonstrate their passion in starting a career within IT and excellent client servicing / customer support skills.
