  • Events Executive – Business Services Department, Ref: EE/BS/AJ/FEB17

    Leigh Day is seeking to appoint a dynamic, Events Executive within its Business Services Department. This is a perfect opportunity for an aspiring marketing professional to join a coveted, award winning law firm specialising in employment and discrimination, personal injury, product liability, clinical negligence, international and human rights.

    The marketing team is highly regarded and has been instrumental in creating a market led, client centric approach to growing the practice, throughout the firm. This role will support and assist in delivering marketing strategies and provide excellent support with event management, market research, communications, website and social media.

    The successful candidate should have a broad based marketing experience including programme management and dealing with on the day event management; booking venues and suppliers, coordination of guest lists, setting up venues for events, managing logistics and acting as a host where necessary. S/He must have experience in being flexible, patience and resilient whilst managing daily tasks and stake holder relationships. Proficient in working with MS office, social media and other media platforms. To be successful one must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, willingness to learn and grow in their professional marketing career and be part of a great team.

    Contract:               9 months Fixed Term Contract, full-time
    Start date:             ASAP
    Location:               London
    Salary:                  Competitive
