About the team
Our Human Rights team act for individuals, groups and organisations which brings challenges against public authorities (such as government bodies, local authorities and agencies), in a range of areas such as civil liberties, human rights breaches, community care, and regularly acts in Inquest & Court of Protection cases.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a paralegal to join the team to support our claimants and lawyers with our cases. We are looking for someone to assist with a busy case load of human rights and discrimination cases against both public and private bodies.

About the team

The work of our Product Safety & Consumer Law team includes high-profile and complex litigation that seeks redress for large groups of claimants.  The team are presently taking action against Mercedes-Benz and Volkswagen on behalf of UK drivers over alleged emissions ‘cheat devices’.  The team are also investigating high-value claims in connection with breaches of FCA rules.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a paralegal to join the team to support our claimants and lawyers with our complex consumer law cases, with the primary focus being on a case we are bringing following the closure of the Woodford Equity Income Fund.
