Allergan breast implants claims resolved
A number of claimants represented by Leigh Day in their claims regarding Allergan breast implants have now resolved their cases.

The following statement in relation to the case has been agreed:
“During the course of 2024/2025, Leigh Day provided legal representation to a number of individuals who developed the condition referred to as Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma, or BIA-ALCL. These matters have been resolved as between the parties. For the avoidance of doubt, no admission of liability was made by Allergan Limited, nor by any of its affiliates, in relation to these matters.”
Leigh Day is no longer pursuing product liability claims against Allergan Limited or any related corporate entity.
