The Volvo NOx Emissions Group Litigation

The High Court made a Group Litigation Order on 22 January 2024  in relation to a Group Action to be pursued by individuals or businesses who owned or leased or otherwise acquired Volvo diesel vehicles subject to Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards (not including Euro 6d and Euro 6d-TEMP) against Volvo Car Corporation, Volvo Car UK Limited, Santander Consumer (UK) PLC, Lex Autolease Limited and Volvo authorised dealerships. Individuals and businesses can check whether their vehicle is eligible to join the claim by contacting one of the law firms listed below. 

 

Volvo Car Corporation, Volvo Car UK Limited, Santander Consumer (UK) PLC, Lex Autolease Limited and Volvo authorised dealerships all deny the claims made against them.
