Legal Expertise
Natasha has broad employment experience including in discrimination, equal pay and unfair dismissal claims and is regularly instructed on complex trade union matters. She has particular expertise acting for claimants in group and multi-party litigation.
Natasha is passionate about achieving equality for women in the workplace. She is currently representing thousands of clients in a national group equal pay claim against retailer, Next.
She joined Leigh Day in 2016 in the consumer law and product safety department and assisted in a wide range of pharmaceutical and medical device group actions.
