Kah Ho is a senior paralegal in the international department having joined the firm as a paralegal in September 2023.
Legal expertise
Since joining the firm, Kah Ho has worked on the firm’s vehicle emissions claims which represents hundreds of thousands of UK vehicle owners on a no-win no-fee basis against many of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers. This follows allegations that manufacturers fitted 'defeat' devices to their diesel vehicles to cheat the EU and UK emissions laws.
He is currently working closely with Sarah Moore leading a claim on behalf of a group of individuals and bereaved families impacted by a rare but potentially catastrophic, immunological syndrome known as Vaccine Induced Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia (VITT), linked with the COVID19 AstraZeneca Vaccine (Vaxzevria).
Kah Ho also provides invaluable support investigating potential claims in the international group claims department, including potential product, environmental and competition claims.
Education
Kah Ho was educated at the University of Nottingham, graduating with a First-Class LLB degree in Law. During his time in university, he was involved as a junior research assistant in antislavery policy aimed at developing quantitative methods for estimating the national prevalence of online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC) in the Philippines.

Wyre Council announced in July 2024 that it had, in conjunction with the Environment Agency, launched an investigation after discovering the probable release of the chemical perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) by AGC Chemicals Europe Ltd, and previously Imperial Chemistry Industries Ltd (ICI), at a site in the area.
