Head of Client Experience

As Partner and Head of Client Experience at Leigh Day, Quaam leads the firm’s strategy for delivering a consistently thoughtful, supportive and values‑driven experience for everyone that interacts with the firm. He is responsible for shaping a client‑centred approach across the firm, ensuring that individuals and large groups alike receive clear communication, empathetic engagement and high‑quality service at every stage of their journey with Leigh Day.

Since joining the marketing team in 2015, Quaam has driven a wide range of initiatives to enhance how the firm communicates and builds relationships with clients. In 2018, he founded and led the group claims marketing team, developing onboarding journeys and campaigns that made the claims process more accessible and easier to navigate for thousands of clients.

In 2024, Quaam became Leigh Day’s first Head of Client Experience, marking a significant step in the firm’s commitment to strategic, cross‑departmental collaboration to strengthen service delivery. His work focuses on improving the client journey across departments, ensuring clarity, consistency and a positive experience from the first interaction through to resolution.
