We appreciate that it is not always feasible for our clients to visit our offices in London, so we are more than happy to meet you at home, in hospital or a location that is convenient at no cost to you.

No legal jargon
We also aim to explain the process of bringing a brain or spinal injury claim without the legal jargon. We recognise that attending a meeting with lawyers can be daunting, but we endeavour to make all our clients to feel welcome and at ease.  We encourage you to bring a family member or friend to meeting if you feel they would be able to provide you with additional support.

We represent clients from all different nationalities and ethnic backgrounds, so we are sensitive to cultural differences especially when discussing personal medical information.  Language can also sometimes be a barrier to a client’s understanding of their case, so if a family member is unable to assist, we can appoint a translator to help at meetings.  For the translation of legal documentation and medical records, a professional translator will be appointed.
