Legal expertise
He is particularly interested in cardiology and neurosurgery cases. He often represents families at inquests following deaths after medical intervention.
He has recently dealt with cases involving brain injuries caused, in one case, by removal of a catheter into the jugular vein and, in another, by accepted mismanagement of a patient's anticoagulation medication. Other cases involved late diagnosis of spinal TB infection resulting in paraplegia where again liability is accepted. Another settled case involved a mismanaged gynaecological procedure that resulted in bowel infection and the loss of a kidney.
Henry has a degree in biochemistry which he followed with CPE and LPC. He qualified as a solicitor in 1989.
He is a Law Society clinical negligence panel member.

Henry and his team made me feel like I was their only client.
