Jonathan Bond

Jonathan is the firm’s  HR Director, leading all teams in the human resources function to help the firm to achieve it strategic objectives.

Jonathan is passionate about designing and implementing strategic HR solutions which help deliver the firm’s people strategy and achieve its goals of talent attraction and retention.

Jonathan has over 25 years working at a senior HR level in the legal sector, having previously worked in the banking sector. His book, “Workolution” about the revolution in the workplace, driven by technological and generational change, plus the pandemic, was published by Bookboon publishing in  2024.
