Sharika works as part of a team of lawyers specialising in high value and complex employment and discrimination claims. She has represented clients in both the employment tribunal and civil courts and achieved some fantastic results, including a rare top Vento award following a successful judgment on behalf of a client in sexual harassment proceedings.
Sharika was approachable, supportive and committed to my case. She dealt with the issues sensitively and efficiently. The results speak for themselves. All in all she did a fantastic job.
