We talked to Joanne Gordon, current chair of the forum of asbestos victims support groups about these battles, particularly the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. We also spoke to Graham Dring – former chair of the forum of asbestos victims support groups - about the recent Cape Documents case. Graham discussed the forum’s views on the need to disclose documents to assist asbestos victims.
