TGN1412 drug trial – light at the end of the tunnel?

13 March 2007

Solicitors Leigh Day & Co represent four of the men seriously injured during the TGN1412 drug trial, which took place at Northwick Park hospital a year ago today.

Martyn Day and Gene Matthews of Leigh Day & Co, earlier today met with the lawyers representing Parexel’s insurers. Gene Matthews comments:
“This was our first positive discussion with Parexel’s representatives.  Our clients are disappointed that it has taken so long for this discussion to take place, but welcome the positive approach taken by Parexel’s insurer’s representatives to try and resolve these legal claims fairly and without the need to go to court.  Over the coming days, we will be trying to hammer out a framework to enable our clients to obtain suitable compensation and hope this will lead to a speedy resolution of these claims”.
