Claim against Uber

All fields marked with a*are required for the form to be submitted
In October 2016 the Employment Tribunal ruled that a group of 19 Uber drivers who brought a claim are workers and that they are therefore entitled to workers’ rights.
If you currently work for Uber, or have previously, we may be able to claim the following on your behalf:
  • Back pay for unpaid holiday pay for up to two years;
  • Compensation if you received less than the National Minimum Wage;
  • Paid holiday going forward, if you still work for Uber. A full-time worker has the right to 28 days’ paid holiday a year; and
  • The right to receive at least the National Minimum Wage

Uber is required to give its workers the above rights.

Please note, the Employment Tribunal judgment does not require Uber to reduce drivers’ ability to work flexibly.
