About the team
Our Clinical Negligence team represent clients who have experienced any instance of substandard medical treatment that causes injury or an existing condition to worsen. Our expert solicitors specialise in claims relating to brain injury, cerebral palsy and birth injuries. Examples of successful compensation awarded include more than £30 million for lifelong care for a boy starved of oxygen at birth and £13 million for an adult with a spinal injury due to substandard care.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor (0-4 years PQE) to join the team to assist cases on behalf of Leigh Day clients to the highest standard.
