About the team
The HR team is busy, dedicated, and well regarded internally. They work hard to respond to the firm’s needs, to deliver a high quality service to their internal clients, and to deliver HR initiatives that add value and enhance employee engagement. The successful candidate will be part of a team of nine providing HR support to both the London and Manchester offices.

About the role
To provide an effective HR service to the Manchester Office, including managing the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, and performance management processes; embedding new and amended policies; providing recruitment and interview support to Partners and senior staff, as well supporting the HR Director and wider HR team with firm-wide HR and wellbeing initiatives.
