About the team
Leigh Day’s clinical negligence team has over thirty qualified lawyers, with more than three hundred years’ combined experience. Our solicitors and lawyers have experience in most areas of medicine and medical negligence claims but specialise in severe or catastrophic medical injuries claims as a result of medical accidents, negligent medical treatment, GP error or clinical mistakes, inappropriate treatment, hospital negligence or missed diagnosis or birth injury. These include catastrophic injuries such as brain and spinal injuries, neonatal injuries, fatal cases, represent families at inquests, amputation and cauda equina syndrome claims and claims relating to the missed or delayed diagnosis of cancers, infectious diseases and cases of food poisoning.
About the role
We have an opportunity for a paralegal to join the team to support our claimants and lawyers. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient litigation support and assisting the work of the team.
