About Leigh Day
We are a top 100 law firm committed to claimant-only cases, ensuring that individuals have the same access to justice as the UK Government and large corporations. We’re not afraid to take on difficult and challenging cases involving medical negligence, serious personal injuries, discrimination in the workplace, defective products and human rights abuses in this country and overseas.
About the team
The Marketing team has been instrumental in supporting the firm as it has grown in recent years, developing innovative marketing campaigns, securing global media coverage and building partnerships with charities and NGOs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for individuals who can help us do great work and contribute to our excellent team dynamic.
About the role
The Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring that our team runs efficiently and is involved in all aspects of our team’s organisation. The role involves managing team administration and coordinating all team members to create, implement, and oversee the daily execution of processes that improve our work.
The successful candidate will be proactive, curious, innovative, and an excellent communicator with stakeholders at all levels. We want someone who can spot the need for new or improved processes and make those changes happen.
This is not a marketing-specific role or an entry into marketing, so previous marketing experience is not required. We are keen to speak with candidates who possess transferable administrative and coordination skills from other sectors. The role could also suit someone in a junior secretarial or administrative position looking for the next step in their career.
