About the team
Our Consumer Law (Multi-party Actions) and Human Rights (data protection) team are currently working on a number of notable group claims including claims against car emissions on behalf of car owners who allege ‘defeat devices’ were fitted on some of their diesel cars and a number of group actions relating to data breaches on behalf of clients who were affected by the unauthorised disclosure of their personal information. The team also work on several individual cases relating to individuals who have been injured as a result of participating in clinical trials.   

About the role
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor to be involved in investigating and pursuing litigation and working on group litigation claims against large companies in the areas of Consumer law (group claims) and data protection. You will ideally be 3-4 years qualified, however we are also open to considering those with more PQE.
