Clare Eustace


Clare Eustace's Profile Picture
Clare qualified as a solicitor in 2008. She has undertaken serious injury claims team since qualification save for a period where she worked as a policy adviser at the Law Society advising on Access to Justice issues in civil litigation.

Clare specialises in high value serious injury claims including brain and spinal injury, serious orthopaedic injury and has experience of psychiatric/psychological injury claims. She has represented many clients who have sustained life changing injuries including children, the elderly and vulnerable clients. She has extensive experience of representing clients who lack mental capacity or where capacity is in issue.

Clare has experience of dealing with claims arising out of road collisions, cycling claims, accidents at work and public/occupiers liability claims. She has worked on a number of claims where there are complex liability issues. Clare is in Sally Moore’s team.

Clare prioritises access to early rehabilitation and interim payments for her clients wherever she can and has represented many clients with complex care and rehabilitation needs.

An example of some of the cases that Clare has worked on include:-
  • Securing a multimillion pound settlement with annual payments for life for care for a passenger in a road traffic collision who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury and had complex care needs.
  • An elderly client who sustained severe orthopaedic injuries in a complex liability claim.
  • A cyclist who suffered a severe traumatic brain injury after being struck by a vehicle with a complex loss of earnings claim.
  • A child pedestrian who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury after being struck by a vehicle performing an overtaking manoeuvre.

Outside work Clare is a keen sportswoman. She is also interested in disability employment policy.
