British Cycling member, Joseph Fox, has successfully concluded his damages claim arising from an incident which occurred whilst cycling with his father, Robin Fox, and two other cyclists along Tythe Barn Lane, Hockley Health, Solihull.

Joseph was thrown from his bicycle as a result of a dog running into the road directly across Joseph’s path. He suffered soft tissue injuries as a result of the incident. Liability for the collision was admitted by the dog owners and Joseph’s damages claim was agreed.

Joseph was represented by Anna Hart in Leigh Day & Co’s Cycling & Sports Injuries Team. His claim was supported and funded by British Cycling.
