Infectious diseases
Infectious diseases cover common conditions such as mumps and measles to diseases caused by the rare Ebola and Marburg viruses. Infectious diseases can be caused by a number of organisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa and various invertebrates, though bacteria and viruses are the most common in this country. We have acted for clients who have contracted infectious diseases whilst in hospital such as listeria. We have also represented clients whose infectious diseases have been misdiagnosed leading to serious long-term health problems.
