General Office Assistant – Admin Department
We are looking for a reliable and organised General Office Assistant to undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks within our busy Admin department.

This is a busy role and the successful candidate will join our General Office team and will deal with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will ensure the timely opening, sorting and distribution of incoming post, franking of outgoing post, dealing with proof of delivery service and the DX. The General Office Assistant will also be required to deal with internal bulk photocopying and arrange external photocopying as and when necessary. The role will also involve some lifting and shifting (i.e. boxes) and the successful candidate should have the ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
The successful applicant will be adaptable and able to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner. Along with strong communication skills, candidates should be pro-active, friendly and energetic. Previous administrative office experience in the legal sector or professional services sector would be advantageous.
